Our events engage students and faculty members in an interactive way that showcase our passion for pharmacy as a clinical, academic, and patient-centered profession. Join us to mingle with colleagues, learn about residency programs, serve our communities, and to advocate for our profession. Together, we can make learning fun.

The trivial knowledge you have gained thus far was finally put to the test! On April 5, SSHP hosted the 7th annual Interprofessional Clinical Skills Competition. This is a collaborative event that included teams from all 4 colleges in the health sciences campus: College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, and College of Public Health. Each team is faced with jeopardy style clinical questions and the last team to survive the final jeopardy round won gift cards to Illegal Pete's! In addition to the fun and games, there was a silent auction during the event and all proceeds will go to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. We are very excited to say that we raised over $400 with our silent auction this year and we thank everyone that made that happen!

 

The main aim of this competition was to promote team work and the importance of learning how to work together as an interprofessional team. We thank everyone that signed up and was a part of a great competition!
